We aren't that corporate hiring agency that considers people as databases and profiles. We are that social enterprise committed to raising fellow women, inspiring them, empowering them, and shaping them into a rich pool of strong, independent professionals - the STEAM way. We practice what we preach - a part of our proceeds is reserved to support the education of meritorious girls from all over North America.

Antoinette Ellis is the co- founder and CEO of ACE & Co. Ltd a recruiting firm dedicated to helping women find meaningful careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math. She is an Arts Integration Specialist helping educators understand how to integrate the Arts in STEM. With more than 20 years of professional experience, primarily within the private and non-profit sector, Antoinette is an engaging professional keynote speaker with a dynamic presence as a facilitator and leader. She recognized for her commitment to inspiring the community through sharing her experience and lending her voice and encouragement.
